DELIVERY

Where?

Deliveries can be made both inside and outside France.

How and when?

‍Products ordered are delivered by Colissimo. Delivery within 4 working days in France; 6 working days in Europe; 9 working days outside the European Union.
‍
Shipments take place every Thursday following the Order.
‍
In the event of an order for several products, delivery will be made at once.
‍
In the event of a pre-order for one or more products, delivery will be made at once as soon as the pre-ordered product(s) is (are) available (including if the order includes products already in stock).
‍
We recommend that you unpack the goods in front of the delivery person. If, however, you find that the product is damaged, this must be mentioned on the delivery note.

The delivery price does not include any customs duties and local taxes or import duties or state taxes that may be payable depending on the case, particularly in the case of purchases outside the European Union and/or in French overseas departments and territories. These rights and sums do not fall under our responsibility. They will be at your charge and are your responsibility (in particular declarations, payment to the competent authorities). RETURNS

14-day right of withdrawal

How soon?

You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the products ordered to withdraw from the contract, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties, with the exception of the cost of returning the products, which remains the responsibility of the customer. If your order includes several products delivered separately, the above period runs from receipt of the last product.

How?

You must send us an email to sav@aravolte.com
‍, before the expiry of the above deadline, telling us that you wish to withdraw with the order number (or the withdrawal form attached to the GTC duly completed).

Products must be returned under the following conditions:
‍
- They must be returned by post to the following address: 24 Chemin de Margerie à Montboucher - 26200 Montélimar, no later than 14 days following your communication expressing your wish to withdraw.
‍
- They must not be washed or worn (except for the first fitting). If possible, they should be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase. In the event of deterioration of the products (notably marks, deterioration of fabrics, tears, cooking or perfume smells, stains), they cannot be taken back.

The Buyer will be reimbursed for all sums paid for his/her Order, minus the return costs, which remain at your expense. This reimbursement will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of the effective recovery of the products by us or until you have provided proof of shipment of the products, whichever comes first. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction, unless we expressly agree in writing to a different means. In any event, this refund will be free of charge to you. We are not obliged to refund any additional costs if you have expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard one offered by us.

Under what conditions?

For the duration of the commercial warranty, you may request one (1) free repair of one (1) product, as well as the parts incorporated in it, except in the case where the deterioration for which repair is requested has been caused by misuse of the product, i.e. use which does not comply with the indications given on the product label and the instructions communicated by us.

This commercial warranty is only valid for one (1) repair of one (1) product. Any additional repair request will be subject to a charge and will be quoted. 

How do I return the product?

The Products must be returned by the Purchaser by post to the following address: 24 Chemin de Margerie à Montboucher - 26200 Montélimar, at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the communication by the Purchaser of his/her wish to withdraw.

The Purchaser must return the Product with proof of purchase.

On which territory?

The commercial warranty covers any Order delivered in any territory, in France and outside France.

In the event of a dispute relating to the commercial warranty, the Buyer may avail itself of articles 17 (Mediation) and 18 (Applicable Law and Jurisdiction) of the GCS.

Independently of the commercial warranty granted, the Vendor remains bound by the legal warranty of conformity mentioned in articles L. 217-4 to L. 217-12 and that relating to defects in the item sold, under the conditions set out in articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-compliance with these provisions, the warranty remains valid. The Buyer is entitled to avail himself of this right.
