Water-repellent treatment
Our pants are your best ally against the rain! The water-repellent treatment is PFC-free, so it's gentler on you and the environment. Effective against water in light to medium showers. Resists up to 300 washes. Its longevity can be extended with PFC-free water-repellent refills.
Made 100% in France
Our riding pants are made entirely in France. Styling and pattern-making are done between the Nord and Rhône regions of France. Yarn and fabric are made in Ardèche. Cutting is done in Puy-de-Dôme. Our workshop is nestled in Savoie. The result is riding pants that are 100% French and local to the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Truly Made In France!
Anti-UV treatment
Too hot under your riding pants? That was before our Coldblack ® finish! The sun's rays will no longer penetrate through your pants. No more sticky summer riding pants! We give you optimum UV protection. Bluesign ® approved.
Women's pants are available from stock. They will be delivered within 3-4 working days.
This is a water-repellent treatment without PFCs, i.e. without chemical substances. Its water-repellent performance is just as good as that of a PFC treatment. On the other hand, it is less resistant to washing (which is why you shouldn't use fabric softener), but don't panic! You can extend its life with PFC-free water-repellent sprays.
The Coldblack ® finish gives you better heat management and optimum UV protection. The sun's rays don't penetrate through your riding pants, so the fabric doesn't heat up on contact with your skin.
The Italian company Fulgar is behind the Q-Nova® process. What is Q-Nova? It's a Nylon/Polyamide 6-6 fiber derived from regenerated Nylon raw materials. The Fulgar company recovers its Nylon scraps, originally destroyed, in order to reintegrate them as raw material in a new production cycle. This is an environmentally-friendly fiber, as its manufacturing process limits waste production and involves no additional chemistry.

However, not everything can be perfect: this fiber is composed of Nylon/Polyamide 6-6 and is therefore partly responsible for micro-particle pollution. That's why Aravolte is offering a GuppyFriend® bag for sale, which retains these micro-particles.
